$25 Virtual Visit

A weight loss consultation includes a 25-minute virtual visit with a weight change clinic provider to assess your health to determine if you are eligible for medical weight loss and what plan would work best for you. If eligible the $25 fee goes towards your first month's payment. No refunds if not eligible, appointment cancelled less than 24 hours prior to appointment, missed appointment, or late arrival of 15 minutes or more (appointment will be cancelled).

$715.00 per month

Tirzepatide Weight Loss Package: $715.00 dollars a month, includes routine medical visits, monthly refills and as needed labs.

Additional Fees (not included in monthly package fee): $50 fee if appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours prior to appointment time, and 75$ fee for missed appointment time.

Late arrival of 15 minutes or more, appointment will be cancelled and a $75 missed appointment fee will be charged.

Semaglutide Weight Loss Package

$350.00 per month

Semaglutide Weight Loss Package: $350.00 dollars a month, includes routine medical visits, monthly refills and as needed labs.
